Logistics/Brokerage Manager in Sacramento, Pennsylvania at Sterman Masser Inc

Masser Logistics Services, part of the Masser Family of Companies, is based in Sacramento, Pennsylvania, and provides transportation and logistics support for our family of businesses and outside customers. Our team is committed to dependable service, driver safety, and building strong customer relationships.

We are seeking an experienced Logistics/Brokerage Manager to lead daily freight brokerage operations and manage our driver team. Reporting to the VP of Operations, this role will build customer and carrier relationships, negotiate competitive freight rates, coordinate shipments, and grow our brokerage business while ensuring safe, reliable, on-time delivery.

The ideal candidate has brokerage or equivalent logistics experience, proven people management skills, and strong organizational and communication abilities. We are looking for a motivated self-starter who can manage competing priorities, resolve transportation challenges, and support drivers and customers when issues arise, including outside regular business hours. A bachelor’s degree is preferred.
