Pay Range: $133,924.00 - $189,167.00 per year

The above reflects the anticipated annual salary range for this position if hired to work in New Jersey.

The compensation offered to the candidate selected for the position will depend on several factors, including the candidate's educational background, skills and professional experience.

Education:

  • Required: Bachelor s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related field
  • Preferred: Master s degree or CPA

Job Summary:

  • FTE Productivity reporting and management:
  • Manage changes in position control and participate in workforce meetings
  • Manage process associated with productivity variance review and remediation
  • Participate in the creation of annual departmental FTE budgets including development of staffing guides
  • Approve payroll and agency requisitions
  • Assist and guide department leaders with productivity concerns
  • Expense reporting and managements:
  • Participate in the creation of annual expense budget at department level
  • Manage Budget -Actual variance review process
  • Assist and guide department leaders about department expense
  • Financial Statement production and analysis
  • Volume report creation and analysis
  • Participate in monthly close process
  • Approve purchase requisitions, check request, orders
  • Create variance reports for senior leadership
  • Address annual audit requests
  • Grant management
  • Oversee grant recording and reporting process
  • Supervise preparation of A-133 report
  • Third Party Reporting
  • Manage physician time study function
  • Assist with submission of annual Medicare & Medicaid Cost report

Other Required:

  • Extensive experience in financial leadership, including cost management and financial strategy development
  • Experience in overseeing finances for organizations with revenue greater than $5M
  • Strong expertise in financial analysis, budgeting and forecasting
  • Proficiency in financial software application and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent problem solving and communication skills
