Requires 1 day per week in Little Leaf Farms McAdoo, Pennsylvania office.
The Recruiter is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for assigned roles. This position focuses on sourcing, screening, and presenting qualified candidates while ensuring an efficient and positive hiring experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
Recruiters play a critical role in maintaining strong talent pipelines and supporting the organization's hiring needs through effective candidate engagement and process management.
Key Responsibilities:
Full-Cycle Recruiting
- Manage the recruitment process from job posting through offer acceptance.
- Review applications, screen candidates, and conduct initial interviews.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Candidate Sourcing
- Source candidates through job boards, professional networks, referrals, and other recruiting tools.
- Build and maintain active candidate pipelines for recurring or high-volume roles.
- Proactively reach out to potential candidates.
Hiring Manager Collaboration
- Work with hiring managers to clarify role requirements and candidate qualifications.
- Provide candidate updates and coordinate feedback throughout the interview process.
Candidate Experience
- Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Ensure candidates receive timely updates and professional interactions.
- Assist with offer preparation and onboarding coordination.
Recruiting Administration
- Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System.
- Track recruiting activity and maintain documentation related to hiring processes.
- Ensure compliance with internal hiring procedures and employment regulations.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
- Experience sourcing candidates and managing applicant pipelines.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting tools.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
