What Being a Face Forward Esthetician Looks Like
Our estheticians combine technical expertise with an exceptional guest experience.
Depending on the needs of the clinic and available services, responsibilities may include:

• Performing advanced esthetic treatments such as facials, chemical peels, dermaplaning, DiamondGlow and other services offered by Face Forward
• Conducting thoughtful consultations and developing individualized treatment recommendations based on each guest's goals
• Educating guests about treatment options, medical grade skincare, and comprehensive aesthetic treatment plans
• Partnering with Nurse Practitioners to help guests understand how esthetic and injectable treatments can work together as part of a comprehensive plan
• Building loyal, recurring guest relationships through exceptional service, follow up, and consistent treatment outcomes
• Driving rebooking, retention, treatment plan and package utilization, and appropriate skincare recommendations
  Contributing to service revenue and retail performance goals
• Maintaining accurate guest documentation and treatment information in Zenoti
• Maintaining clean, stocked, organized, and compliant treatment rooms
• Supporting clinic flow, guest communication, room turnover, and the overall guest experience
• Contributing to a high performing, collaborative environment built on professionalism, accountability, adaptability, and teamwork

Who We Would Love to Meet
We are especially interested in Licensed Estheticians who:

• Hold an active esthetician license in a state where Face Forward operates
• Bring professional esthetics experience, with two or more years preferred
• Have experience in a medical spa, cosmetic dermatology, plastic surgery, or other advanced esthetics environment
• Have experience with advanced esthetic treatments and medical grade skincare
• Are confident conducting consultations and making personalized treatment and skincare recommendations
• Understand that building a successful esthetics practice requires both exceptional treatment outcomes and strong guest relationships
• Are comfortable with performance expectations related to rebooking, retention, service revenue, and retail
• Enjoy collaborating with Nurse Practitioners and other clinical providers
• Bring a Guest First Mindset and consistently demonstrate professionalism and accountability
• Want to continue developing their expertise as part of a growing medical aesthetics organization

Experience with DiamondGlow, HydraFacial, chemical peels, dermaplaning, SkinMedica, Alastin, Plated, Zenoti, or similar treatments, products, and systems is valuable but not required for every future opportunity.

Compensation Transparency

This Talent Community is not associated with a specific open position and therefore does not have a designated compensation range.

Compensation for future opportunities will vary based on the position, market, experience, qualifications, and other job related factors. When a specific position becomes available, Face Forward Aesthetics will provide the applicable compensation range in accordance with state and local pay transparency requirements.

Depending on the position, total compensation may also include incentive compensation, bonuses, benefits, and other elements of Face Forward’s total rewards program.
