The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing warehouse operations in direct alignment with Production to ensure uninterrupted material flow, accurate inventory control, and on‑time support of manufacturing schedules. This role partners closely with Production leadership to coordinate receiving, staging, finished goods handling, and shipment activities while maintaining safety, quality, and efficiency standards.


What you’ll do as a Warehouse Supervisor:

Partner daily with Production Supervisors and Managers to align warehouse activities with production schedules and priorities Ensure timely receiving, verification, staging, and delivery of raw materials, components, and packaging to support production needs Support continuous flow of work-in-process (WIP) and finished goods to minimize downtime and production delays Adjust labor and priorities in response to changing production requirementsMaintain accurate inventory records through system transactions, cycle counts, and audits Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies that impact production or order fulfillment Ensure proper location control, traceability, and FIFO practices in coordination with Production and QualityOversee handling, storage, and shipment of finished goods to support customer delivery timelines Coordinate closely with Production to manage finished goods availability and staging Ensure shipping documentation, labeling, and loading processes meet customer and compliance requirementsEnforce safety standards and safe material‑handling practices within the warehouse Ensure warehouse processes support quality standards and production requirements Participate in root cause analysis and corrective actions for material‑related production issuesSupervise, train, and develop warehouse team members with a focus on teamwork with Production Communicate daily priorities, expectations, and production updates to warehouse staff Support cross‑training to improve flexibility and responsiveness between warehouse and production teamsIdentify opportunities to improve material flow, layout, and warehouse processes to better support Production Participate in lean initiatives, productivity improvements, and operational improvement projects Collaborate with Production, Quality, and Supply Chain on process improvements



We’re looking for a Warehouse Supervisor with:

High school diploma or GED required; associate degree or equivalent experience preferredPrevious supervisory experience in warehouse, manufacturing, or production environments Experience working in production‑support or manufacturing operations strongly preferredStrong understanding of warehouse operations and material flow in a production environment Ability to read and interpret production schedules and inventory data Working knowledge of inventory management systems (ERP/MRP) Effective communication and leadership skills Ability to adapt quickly to changing production prioritiesRegularly required to walk, stand, bend, and lift materials Exposure to warehouse and production floor environments, including noise and moving equipment

Our manufacturing Plant is comprised of enclosed office and manufacturing space. This position requires the ability to:

Move throughout the entire facility to attend to various issuesWork effectively in teams across functional groups with strong communication skills and the ability to leadPerform sedentary work on various computer systemsThis Warehouse Supervisor position is located on-site in our Dallas facility
