About the Role:

We are seeking a highly qualified Rehabilitation Director to oversee the daily operations of our facility. As the Director of Rehab, you will be responsible for ensuring that our residents receive the highest quality of care and that our facility is in compliance with all state and federal regulations. You will work closely with our nursing staff, medical professionals, and administrative team to ensure that our rehab department runs smoothly and efficiently.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's/Doctorate degree in Physical or Occupational therapy or related field.
• Experience working with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
• Experience managing a large staff.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Rehab department, including managing staff
• Collaborate with medical professionals to ensure that residents receive appropriate medical care and treatment.
• Maintain open communication with residents and their families to ensure that their needs and concerns are being addressed.
