  • Coordinate mail distribution, deliveries, and outgoing shipments
  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings
  • Support administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation
  • Utilize AI-powered tools (e.g., chat assistants, scheduling tools, or automation platforms) to streamline workflows and improve efficiency
  • Assist with ad hoc projects across departments as needed
  • Adapt to shifting priorities and support evolving business needs

Must-Have Qualifications

  • High School Diploma
  • 1+ year of experience in a receptionist, front desk, or customer-facing administrative role
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
