We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Specialist to join our team full time. This position is ideal for an HR professional who enjoys working in a collaborative environment and thrives in a dynamic, people-focused role.
Position SummaryThe Human Resources Specialist will support daily HR operations across multiple dealership locations and assist with a variety of human resources functions, including onboarding, employee records management, benefits administration, recruiting support, compliance, and HR systems administration. The ideal candidate will have prior HR experience, strong organizational skills, and experience using ADP Workforce Now.
Responsibilities- Maintain and audit employee personnel records and HR documentation
- Assist with onboarding and conduct new hire orientation
- Support benefits administration and employee HR inquiries
- Process employee changes, terminations, and HR data updates in ADP Workforce Now
- Ensure accuracy and compliance of HR records and reporting
- Support HR projects, initiatives, and company events
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee information
- Collaborate with managers and employees to support positive employee relations
- Perform additional HR and administrative duties as assigned
- Minimum of 1 year of Human Resources experience required
- Experience with ADP Workforce Now strongly preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer applications
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally and discreetly
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
