The Impact You Will Have

This is a hands-on, mid-level role embedded within the Procurement Services team. This person owns the day-to-day administration, configuration, and continuous improvement of the source-to-pay platform, including its AI agent tools, workflow automations, future module releases, and integrations. They serve as the primary point of contact for platform questions, user support, training, and vendor data governance, bridging the gap between procurement operations and technology enablement.

This is a high-visibility role at a pivotal time. Procurement Services is undergoing a significant digital transformation, and the right candidate will help shape how procurement operates across the organization for years to come.

Your Responsibilities:

Platform Administration & Configuration
  • Own configuration including field setup, workflow logic, intake forms, and routing rules
  • Maintain and improve the Front Door intake experience across all request types
  • Manage contract metadata standards, renewal workflows, and template libraries
  • Monitor platform health, log issues, and coordinate resolution with platform support team


AI Agent Tooling
  • Maintain, iterate, and create AI agent prompts including contract redline comparison, contract executive briefings, supplier relationship summaries and routing agents
  • Test agent outputs for accuracy, consistency, and alignment with procurement standards
  • Collaborate with Procurement leadership to identify new agent use cases and build them out
  • Stay current on AI tooling capabilities and surface relevant improvements proactively


Workflow Automation & Integrations
  • Build and maintain Power Automate flows supporting procurement notifications, approvals, and data syncs
  • Support integrations between S2P technologies including but not limited to SAP, Workday, SharePoint, and other M365 tools
  • Document integration logic and maintain a clean handoff process for IT-owned components


Training, Enablement & User Support
  • Develop and maintain training materials, cheat sheets, and how-to guides for both Procurement and business partner audiences
  • Deliver onboarding and refresher training sessions for new and existing users
  • Serve as the first line of support for platform questions, triaging and resolving issues or escalating as needed
  • Collect and synthesize user feedback to drive continuous platform improvement


Data Governance & Reporting
  • Own vendor master data quality - field completeness, accuracy, and deduplication
  • Build and maintain standard procurement reports and dashboards
  • Support metadata validation processes and audit readiness


Required Skills and Experience:

  • 7+ years of related professional experience. All relevant experience including work, education, transferable skills, and military experience will be considered.
  • Experience in procurement, source-to-pay operations, or a related business operations role
  • Hands-on experience with comparable CLM/S2P procurement platform (Coupa, Icertis, Ironclad, Ariba Contracts, etc.)
  • Working knowledge of AI tools and prompt engineering. Applicant should be comfortable building, testing, and refining agent prompts
  • Experience building automations in Power Automate or a similar workflow tool
  • Proficiency across the Microsoft 365 ecosystem including SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive
  • Strong written communication skills, for both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Comfort operating independently, managing multiple workstreams, and prioritizing under deadline pressure
  • High school diploma (or equivalency) and legal authorization to work in the U.S.


Preferred Skills and Experience:

  • Experience with SAP or other ERPs (contracts, sourcing, or supplier management modules)
  • Familiarity with Power BI or similar reporting tools
  • Background in contract lifecycle management, vendor governance, or procurement compliance
  • Experience supporting a digital transformation journey

Compensation and Benefits:

Pay Range: $102,400.00 - $138,300.00 - $174,200.00 Annual

Pay is based on several factors which vary based on position, including skills, ability, and knowledge the selected individual is bringing to the specific job.
