As a key part of our team, you’ll combine technical expertise with strong sales skills—guiding customers through equipment options, system design, financing, and project execution. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who thrives in a performance-driven environment and enjoys educating, problem-solving, and closing.

What You’ll Do
  • Meet with customers to assess needs and design HVAC system solutions

  • Educate customers on equipment options, indoor air quality, rebates, and financing

  • Prepare accurate estimates, proposals, and system designs

  • Perform load calculations and review blueprints and specifications

  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline and forecast 3–6 months out

  • Follow up on leads, proposals, and unsold opportunities

  • Partner with operations to ensure smooth project execution and communication

  • Participate in networking, events, and business development activities

  • Maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and partners

  • Ensure accurate job documentation, contracts, and project handoff

What We’re Looking For
  • 2+ years of HVAC experience

  • 1+ year of sales experience (in-home or consultative preferred)

  • Strong ability to educate customers and sell consultatively

  • Experience with estimating, job costing, and system design

  • Ability to read blueprints and understand HVAC systems (ducting, electrical, mechanical)

  • Experience with WrightSoft, Bluebeam, or similar design tools preferred

  • Strong communication, organization, and follow-through skills

  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Valid driver’s license and ability to meet pre-employment requirements

What We Offer
  • Employer-paid medical insurance

  • Employer-paid short-term & long-term disability and life insurance

  • Monthly employer contribution to HSA

  • Paid time off

  • 6 paid holidays

  • 8 paid hours annually for community service

  • 401(k) with employer match
