About This Position
Pay: 100% Commission (Typical Earnings: $150,000–$300,000+ annually)
Schedule: Full-time, flexible (generally Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–5:00 PM; additional hours as needed)

We’re looking for a driven and consultative Comfort Consultant to help customers make informed decisions about their HVAC systems. This role is focused on building long-term relationships, educating homeowners, and designing customized comfort solutions that improve indoor environments.
As a key part of our team, you’ll combine technical expertise with strong sales skills—guiding customers through equipment options, system design, financing, and project execution. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who thrives in a performance-driven environment and enjoys educating, problem-solving, and closing.
What You’ll DoMeet with customers to assess needs and design HVAC system solutions
Educate customers on equipment options, indoor air quality, rebates, and financing
Prepare accurate estimates, proposals, and system designs
Perform load calculations and review blueprints and specifications
Build and manage a strong sales pipeline and forecast 3–6 months out
Follow up on leads, proposals, and unsold opportunities
Partner with operations to ensure smooth project execution and communication
Participate in networking, events, and business development activities
Maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and partners
Ensure accurate job documentation, contracts, and project handoff
2+ years of HVAC experience
1+ year of sales experience (in-home or consultative preferred)
Strong ability to educate customers and sell consultatively
Experience with estimating, job costing, and system design
Ability to read blueprints and understand HVAC systems (ducting, electrical, mechanical)
Experience with WrightSoft, Bluebeam, or similar design tools preferred
Strong communication, organization, and follow-through skills
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
Valid driver’s license and ability to meet pre-employment requirements
