| Position Summary: | Are you a great data storyteller who wants to help decision makers put insights into action? Advance evidence-informed decision making at UD in a role dedicated to engaging and impactful data analysis! Working as part of a team, the analyst will have the opportunity to explore a wide variety of university areas while contributing their ideas and skills to analyze: academics; enrollment management; student success, wellbeing, and engagement; finance; administration; human resources; information technology; and inclusive excellence. The Decision Support Analyst or Senior Analyst produces reliable, accurate, valid, useful, engaging and impactful data analysis and visualization across a wide variety of university issues. Working as part of a team the analyst or senior analyst will: 1. Work with stakeholders to identify critical data elements and research questions that can guide their work Potential University topics will include but not be limited to: academics; enrollment management; student success, wellbeing, and engagement; finance; administration; human resources; information technology; and inclusive excellence. |
