About the Role
Legacy Parking is looking for a driven and detail-oriented Parking Account Manager to oversee the complete day-to-day operations of one or more parking locations in our Charlotte market. In this role, you will serve as the primary liaison between our clients, property management, and on-site team — ensuring exceptional service, financial performance, and operational excellence.
What You'll Do
Operations & Compliance
• Oversee complete day-to-day operations across assigned parking locations or multi-location accounts
• Ensure all parking, security, and cash control procedures are consistently followed
• Implement all OSHA-compliant policies and procedures to maintain a safe work environment
• Monitor facility cleanliness and aesthetics; make recommendations for improvements
• Monitor and review damage claims; develop and implement prevention programs
Financial Management
• Manage financial performance of assigned locations, ensuring budget adherence and revenue growth
• Prepare daily bank deposits and ensure all cash receipts are properly deposited
• Monitor office audits and cashier reports to maintain financial integrity
• Work with the General Manager to prepare budgets, status reports, and management reports
• Assist with market rate analysis and contribute to pricing strategy decisions
Team Leadership
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Assistant Managers and Team Leaders
• Manage staffing, scheduling, and performance across all assigned locations
• Identify high-potential employees to support organizational growth
• Oversee payroll processing and ensure accurate, timely submission in collaboration with HR and Payroll
Client Relations
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, tenants, property management, and visitors
• Develop strong client relationships focused on retention and satisfaction
• Ensure all contractual obligations between Legacy Parking and our clients are understood and fulfilled
• Produce daily, weekly, monthly, and annual financial and operational reports as required
What We're Looking For
• At least 2 years of management experience in a service-related industry, with responsibility for staffing, scheduling, and financial management
• Proven ability to lead teams and proactively anticipate and solve operational challenges
• Strong multitasker who can manage competing priorities with composure and flexibility
• Effective verbal and written communicator; formal presentation experience is a plus
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and relevant business technologies
• Prior parking management experience with multiple direct reports is highly preferred
• Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required
Physical Requirements & Work Environment
This role involves standing, walking, sitting, using hands, reaching, talking, and hearing. Employees must be able to occasionally lift or move objects up to 25 lbs. Work may be performed in varying weather conditions, with noise levels ranging from minimal to moderate.
