We’re looking for a driven and people-focused Team Lead to guide, coach, and support a team of door-to-door fundraisers. In this role, you won’t just hit targets — you’ll help others reach theirs too.

This is a hands-on leadership position where you’ll be in the field alongside your team, setting the tone through strong communication, accountability, and positive energy. You’ll play a key role in developing fundraisers, strengthening team culture, and ensuring every interaction reflects the values of the organizations we represent.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead and support a team of door-to-door fundraisers in the field
  • Communicate clear goals, expectations, and daily plans to your team
  • Coach team members in real time to improve confidence, communication, and results
  • Provide ongoing feedback, encouragement, and performance support
  • Lead by example by actively fundraising alongside your team
  • Monitor individual and team performance, helping others reach and exceed goals
  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-energy team environment
  • Ensure accurate donor data collection and professional representation of partner charities
  • Assist with onboarding and training new team members
