Job Description

Up Fundraising is seeking professional, compassionate, and motivated individuals to join our team as Hospital Fundraisers. This role is designed for individuals who are passionate about making a difference and are excited to represent hospital foundations and charitable organizations in a respectful and engaging way.

This is a role for someone reliable, polished, and professional, but also ready to step up, take ownership, and lead a team in a fast-paced fundraising environment.

As a Team Lead, you won’t be sitting on the sidelines — you’ll be on the ground, coaching, motivating, and pushing your team to succeed. You’ll be responsible for building strong fundraisers, maintaining high standards, and ensuring every interaction reflects professionalism and purpose.

This isn’t an easy role. You’ll deal with performance pressure, have tough conversations, and be expected to give feedback that helps people improve. But if you’re someone who thrives on responsibility, leads by example, and takes pride in developing others, this is where you grow.

Who You Are

• Reliable, consistent, and someone your team can count on every day
• Polished and professional in how you communicate, lead, and present yourself
• Confident in your ability to give feedback — clear, direct, and constructive
• A strong leader who isn’t afraid to hold people accountable
• Experienced in fundraising, sales, or face-to-face environments
• Resilient and able to handle pressure while keeping a positive attitude
• A team builder who knows how to motivate, coach, and develop others
• Passionate about making an impact while driving real results

What You’ll Do

• Lead, coach, and manage a team of fundraisers in the field
• Set clear expectations and hold your team accountable to performance goals
• Give feedback daily to improve results, confidence, and communication
• Maintain a professional and polished presence at all times
• Monitor performance and step in quickly to support or correct when needed
• Train new hires and continue developing existing team members
• Ensure every donor interaction is respectful, engaging, and aligned with our values
• Help build a strong, reliable, and high-performing team culture

What You’ll Get

• Competitive base salary from $22/hour up to $28/hour
• Paid training and ongoing leadership development

Benefits for Full-Time Employees

• Business casual
• Dental care
• Employee assistance program
• Paid time off
• Vision care
