We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accounting Associate to join our growing finance team. In this role, you will support our accounting operations by performing essential tasks, including bookkeeping, account reconciliations, preparing routine financial reports, and other administrative tasks. This is an excellent opportunity for career-focused professionals looking to build a strong foundation in accounting.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records through bookkeeping and data entry
Perform account reconciliations
Assist with the preparation of regular financial reports for management review
Support month-end and year-end close processes
Ensure compliance with internal policies and relevant financial regulations
Assist with audits, as needed
Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial data
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Strong understanding of basic accounting principles
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with accounting software (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
CPA License preferred
