The Senior Inbound Marketing Manager will lead the B2B inbound marketing function within the home services vertical, with direct responsibility for generating qualified leads, growing pipeline, and driving measurable revenue impact. This senior-level role combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution across inbound marketing, events, and marketing operations. You will oversee a small remote team while building integrated programs that connect acquisition, lead generation, reporting, and business outcomes. The role works closely with Sales, Product, IT, and Account Management to align marketing priorities with broader commercial objectives. Success requires a data-driven mindset, strong operational discipline, and the ability to turn insights into practical growth initiatives. - Own and execute the B2B inbound marketing strategy, including MQL generation, organic and paid acquisition channels, landing pages, lead capture programs, and initiatives designed to increase qualified pipeline.
- Establish and manage MQL, pipeline, and revenue targets, maintaining a strong focus on lead quality, conversion performance, and measurable business impact.
- Analyze funnel performance, campaign results, and marketing data to identify growth opportunities, diagnose performance gaps, and continuously optimize acquisition and conversion strategies.
- Develop and oversee the B2B events and trade show program, establishing clear objectives, measurable outcomes, consistent messaging, and effective alignment with broader marketing and revenue goals.
- Oversee the marketing technology stack, reporting infrastructure, and workflow processes through the Marketing Operations function, ensuring marketing teams have the systems and processes needed for efficient execution.
- Maintain data integrity, accurate attribution, and reliable funnel reporting, using Salesforce as the primary system of record for measuring marketing performance and contribution to pipeline and revenue.
- Develop and maintain intake, approval, and operational processes that enable marketing teams to execute efficiently while improving consistency, accountability, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Build and execute a unified strategy across inbound marketing, events, and marketing operations that is closely aligned with pipeline and revenue objectives.
- Partner with Sales, Product, IT, and Account Management teams to advance key business initiatives, resolve operational challenges, and ensure marketing activities support broader commercial priorities.
- Lead, coach, and develop marketing professionals and managers by establishing clear goals, priorities, performance expectations, and opportunities for professional growth.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, continuous improvement, and high-quality execution across the marketing organization.
- Identify and implement process improvements that increase operational efficiency, improve data quality, and strengthen marketing performance.
- Provide senior leadership with clear, data-driven recommendations that highlight business risks, opportunities, trade-offs, and potential courses of action.
- Bring at least 6 years of B2B marketing experience, including a minimum of 2 years managing and developing marketing professionals or managers.
- Demonstrate deep hands-on experience leading an inbound marketing or demand generation function, with responsibility for MQL generation, inbound acquisition channels, and pipeline contribution.
- Have experience managing multiple marketing disciplines, including inbound marketing, events or field marketing, and marketing operations.
- Demonstrate strong experience using Salesforce and CRM data to measure marketing performance and its contribution to pipeline and revenue.
- Be comfortable balancing strategic planning with hands-on execution, taking ownership from high-level direction through operational delivery.
- Have a proven ability to use data analysis to develop business recommendations, identify gaps in available information, and resolve data-quality issues before making important decisions.
- Possess strong attention to detail and a consistent track record of producing accurate, high-quality work across multiple priorities.
- Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate complex findings and present risks, trade-offs, and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Have demonstrated success leading, coaching, and developing high-performing marketing teams while establishing clear accountability and performance standards.
- Bring strong problem-solving and business judgment, with the ability to evaluate potential business impact and translate challenges into practical solutions.
- Experience with Tableau or comparable marketing reporting and dashboarding tools is preferred.
- Experience in home improvement, home services, marketplaces, lead generation, or B2B SaaS environments is preferred.
- Experience working within a remote corporate environment and establishing scalable marketing operations processes is preferred.
- Annual salary range of $100,000 to $122,000 USD, with actual compensation potentially varying based on experience, qualifications, compensation practices, and geographic location.
- Eligibility for a performance bonus or commission program.
- Equity compensation in the form of restricted stock units (RSUs).
