You will drive joint revenue growth by aligning partner strategies, sales teams, and customer opportunities across a complex enterprise technology landscape.
The role combines executive engagement, consultative selling, strategic account planning, and partner business development.
You will influence near-term sales performance while creating long-term programs that expand market presence and strengthen strategic relationships.

You will work closely with senior partner executives and customer decision-makers to shape opportunities, overcome competitive challenges, and create differentiated value.
This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced technology sales leader who thrives on ecosystem development, strategic growth, and high-impact partnerships.

Accountabilities
  • Build and nurture strategic, mutually beneficial relationships with Global System Integrators and their ecosystem partners to generate incremental revenue and long-term business opportunities.
  • Influence large-account sales teams to leverage strategic partners for near-term revenue growth while developing joint initiatives and programs that support sustained customer success.
  • Partner closely with regional alliance and sales organizations to identify, pursue, close, and track customer opportunities.
  • Develop and execute joint account plans, partner strategies, funnel activities, and business-growth initiatives designed to increase market share and expand the partner relationship.
  • Proactively manage partner relationships to protect existing business, identify new opportunities, and accelerate portfolio growth.
  • Shape offers and commercial strategies to support new business development, competitive displacement, and portfolio expansion.
  • Establish trusted relationships with partner senior executives, C-suite stakeholders, decision-makers, and sales leaders.
  • Motivate and influence partner sales organizations, aligning their priorities with shared business objectives and customer outcomes.
  • Coordinate activities across internal sales, alliance, business development, and cross-functional teams to ensure consistent and efficient account management.
  • Use a consultative approach to identify opportunities, understand partner priorities, and align solutions with customer and business needs.
  • Maintain strong knowledge of the IT industry, competitive landscape, channel ecosystem, business models, and evolving market dynamics.
  • Communicate the value and differentiation of technology, software, and services offerings while addressing competitive objections and positioning solutions effectively.
  • Develop strategic plans with partners to grow the overall business and increase share within targeted accounts.
  • Align partner processes, internal programs, go-to-market strategies, and resources to create scalable and sustainable growth opportunities.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of professional technology sales experience, ideally working directly with enterprise customers or strategic partners.
  • At least 5 years of progressive sales, business development, alliance, or account leadership experience with demonstrated responsibility for growth.
  • Proven experience working with Alliances and Global System Integrators, with a strong understanding of partner-led and ecosystem-based sales models.
  • Bachelor's degree required; an advanced degree or MBA is preferred.
  • Demonstrated success as an account or business leader selling to C-suite executives, senior decision-makers, and other influential stakeholders.
  • Strong background in infrastructure, storage, data, cloud, enterprise technology, or related IT solutions.
  • Track record of delivering revenue growth, expanding market share, and successfully managing complex and transformational sales opportunities.
  • Strong understanding of the IT industry, competing vendors, channel dynamics, and partner business models.
  • Ability to develop and execute strategic account plans, joint business plans, and partner growth strategies.
  • Excellent executive engagement, communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proven ability to motivate partner sales organizations and influence stakeholders without direct authority.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to connect technology solutions to customer priorities, commercial objectives, and measurable business outcomes.
  • Experience operating effectively within complex, matrixed organizations and coordinating cross-functional teams.
  • Strategic thinker with strong execution skills, sound judgment, and the ability to balance short-term revenue priorities with long-term relationship development.
  • Highly collaborative, proactive, consultative, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced enterprise environment.
Benefits
  • Remote/teleworker work environment, with the position open to candidates based in Texas or New Jersey.
  • Annual combined base and target-level sales compensation of $194,500–$456,500, depending on location, experience, education, skills, and other job-related factors.
  • Target compensation structured with an approximately 60% base / 40% target-level sales compensation mix at 100% sales-plan attainment.
  • Comprehensive benefits designed to support physical, financial, and emotional wellbeing, including healthcare and other employee support programs.
  • Professional and personal development opportunities, including programs designed to support career progression and skills growth.
  • Opportunities to deepen expertise, pursue new career paths, and develop capabilities across different areas of the business.
  • Inclusive workplace culture that values diverse perspectives, individual strengths, collaboration, and innovation.
  • Flexibility designed to help employees balance professional responsibilities with personal and family needs.
  • Opportunity to work with major enterprise organizations and strategic technology partners while influencing high-value business opportunities.
  • A senior-level position with significant visibility, strategic influence, and responsibility for regional business growth.
