**This is a hybrid position. All employees must reside in N.C. **

Responsibilities:

  • Set up and maintain eCommerce tracking tools to ensure clickstream data accuracy.
  • Tags, tracks and analyzes eCommerce data, website/app traffic, and behavior to improve online performance, conversion rates, and ROI.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) like AOV, COA, CLV, CAR and more using tools like Google Analytics and SAS to help drive data-informed strategies and decisions.
  • Implement A/B testing and interpret data to improve website/app functionality, product pages, checkout flows, payment flows, and end-to-end clickstream experience.
  • Analyze user behavior to identify pain points and optimize the user experience (UX) to increase conversion and engagement rates.
  • Track and report on eCommerce key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rates, engagement metrics, promotion customer acquisition costs, and revenue growth.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on key eCommerce KPIs to evaluate promotions, campaigns, and user flow effectiveness as well as site/app performance using clickstream data and other digital data.
  • Translate complex data sets into actionable eCommerce insights and strategic recommendations for clickstream UX teams.
  • Stay updated on industry eCommerce measurement trends and best practices, applying new clickstream knowledge to improve eCommerce processes and contribute to the company’s overall growth.

    • Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s Degree in eCommerce, Business, IT, Data Analytics, Economics, or a related field.
    • Strong academic background in statistics, data interpretation, or web/mobile analytics is highly valued.
    • Strong experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager, SAS products, and eCommerce platforms and systems.
    • Ability to analyze large datasets to identify trends and anomalies.
    • Deep understanding of eCommerce clickstream metrics and ROI.
    • Ability to create custom dashboards and monthly reports to communicate complex eCommerce findings to stakeholders in a clear, non-technical way.
    • Problem-solving mindset and the ability to learn new applications and software.
    • Experience using project workflow tool such as Smartsheet, Airtable, Jira, etc.
    • Experience or understanding of working in a structured project framework.
    • Strong academic background in statistics, data interpretation, or web/mobile analytics is highly valued.


    CERTIFICATIONS AND LICENSES:

    • Formal certification in Google Analytics or proficiency in Google Tag Manager (GTM) or SAS products.
    • Official certifications from eCommerce platforms or the ability to demonstrate in-depth platform knowledge.
    • Programs focusing on eCommerce, SEO, PPC, or Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO).

    Hiring Rate: $65,338
