This role sits at the intersection of data analytics, advertising intelligence, and digital media performance within a high-visibility entertainment ecosystem. You will transform large-scale audience, mobility, and campaign datasets into clear, actionable insights that guide revenue decisions and advertising strategy. Working in a fast-paced, data-rich environment, you will support stakeholders across sales, product, and ad operations with performance narratives that influence major brand partnerships. The position requires a strong analytical mindset combined with storytelling ability to translate complex datasets into executive-ready insights. You will also play a key role in improving automation, leveraging modern AI tools to enhance reporting efficiency and analytical depth. This is a highly collaborative role with direct impact on campaign optimization, media planning, and business growth.
- Build, maintain, and enhance dashboards and visualizations to monitor advertising performance, audience delivery, and inventory measurement.
- Analyze complex datasets including audience behavior, reach and frequency, geographic performance, and venue-level engagement.
- Deliver in-flight pacing insights, post-campaign performance reports, and optimization recommendations for ongoing campaigns.
- Integrate and reconcile internal data with third-party measurement platforms such as Nielsen, MRI-Simmons, NMI, and iSpot.
- Automate recurring reporting workflows and improve scalability and data quality across analytics processes.
- Partner with Engineering, Product, and Ad Operations teams to troubleshoot data issues and improve data architecture.
- Conduct ad hoc analyses to identify revenue opportunities, pricing insights, and long-term client growth potential.
- Translate complex analytical outputs into clear, client-facing narratives for commercial and executive stakeholders.
- Leverage GenAI tools to accelerate insights generation, reporting, and documentation processes.
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis, advertising analytics, or marketing measurement roles.
- Advanced SQL skills, including complex joins, window functions, and performance optimization on large datasets.
- Strong experience in advertising campaign analysis, audience segmentation, attribution, and media performance measurement.
- Proficiency with cloud data platforms such as AWS, Redshift, Snowflake, or BigQuery.
- Experience with Python or R for data automation, statistical analysis, and scalable reporting workflows.
- Hands-on experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or Adobe Analytics.
- Strong understanding of statistics, data modeling, and data quality control methodologies.
- Ability to communicate complex insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Familiarity with Unix-based systems, regex, and structured data workflows.
- Strong investigative and problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Experience or strong interest in AI-enabled analytics tools is highly valued.
