- Deliver investment-related sales and service support by understanding client goals and recommending appropriate wealth and investment solutions.
- Engage with customers through inbound and outbound interactions to identify opportunities that enhance their financial outcomes.
- Achieve sales targets while maintaining a strong focus on compliance, customer needs, and product suitability.
- Manage client transactions, documentation, and follow-ups accurately in accordance with established procedures.
- Stay informed on market trends, investment products, and regulatory requirements to support informed client conversations.
- Refer complex cases or cross-functional opportunities to appropriate internal teams when necessary.
- Identify and escalate suspicious or high-risk activity in compliance with financial crime prevention standards.
- 2–3 years of experience in financial services, banking, investment support, or client advisory roles.
- Post-secondary education in business, finance, economics, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent experience.
- Knowledge of investment products, financial markets, and wealth management principles.
- Canadian Securities Course (CSC) completion and/or CIRO licensing preferred, with willingness to complete additional required certifications.
- Strong understanding of compliance, risk management, and regulatory frameworks in the financial sector.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with additional language proficiency (Mandarin or Cantonese) considered an asset.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail.
- Highly organized, customer-focused, and able to work effectively in a structured, performance-driven environment.
- Competitive base salary ranging from $38,500 to $71,000 CAD, with potential for commission-based earnings depending on role structure.
