Manthey Hospitality is hiring a Dishwasher to ensure pristine sanitation and efficient back-of-house operations of Yacht StarShip Clearwater.

Yacht StarShip Dining Cruises delivers unforgettable experiences on the water through premier dining cruises, private events, weddings, corporate functions, and specialty entertainment cruises throughout Tampa Bay. Our team is passionate about hospitality, safety, and creating memorable guest experiences from the moment passengers step aboard.

What You’ll Do

• Maintain a clean, sanitary, and organized dish room and galley areas
• Collect, rinse, and properly rack dishware, glassware, utensils, and cookware
• Operate dish machines safely and according to procedure
• Wash and sanitize pots, pans, and large equipment using a 3-compartment sink
• Inspect all cleaned items for sanitation and proper storage readiness
• Monitor and replace chemical containers; ensure proper chemical levels
• Keep galley floors and workspaces clean through sweeping, mopping, trash removal
• Assist with cleaning dry storage and other galley areas
• Receive and store food and non-food supplies using FIFO practices
• Follow all health department and maritime sanitation standards
• Participate in safety drills; follow all vessel safety protocols
• Communicate professionally and support overall vessel operations as needed

What You Bring

• Basic knowledge of cleaning and sanitation procedures preferred
• Previous experience as a restaurant dishwasher required
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Comfortable working aboard vessels in tight spaces and dynamic environments
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
• Availability to work days, evenings, weekends, holidays, and extended shifts as needed
• Ability to work onboard for 2–5 hour cruises; occasional extended shifts up to 12 hours

Physical Requirements

• Prolonged periods of standing and working in a kitchen.
• Must be able to lift, balance and carry products weighing up to 25 pounds.
• Must be able to work aboard a boat that is away from dock for several hours at a time.
• Exposure to extreme heat, steam and cold present in a kitchen environment.
• Must be able to bend, stoop, and wipe frequently.
• Must frequently immerse hands in water.
• Must be able to work in a hot and damp environment.
