About the Role:

The Steward / Busser / Dishwasher plays a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the dining and kitchen areas to ensure a smooth and efficient operation. This position is responsible for supporting the front-of-house and back-of-house teams by promptly clearing and resetting tables, washing dishes, and managing waste disposal. The role contributes directly to the overall guest experience by ensuring that the environment is clean, safe, and welcoming at all times. Attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently under pressure are essential to meet the fast-paced demands of the hospitality setting. Minimum Qualifications:

• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks such as lifting and carrying heavy items.
• Basic understanding of hygiene and sanitation standards in a food service environment.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
• Strong work ethic and reliability with punctual attendance.
• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

• Support kitchen staff by maintaining cleanliness in food preparation and storage areas, including sweeping and mopping floors.
• Collaborate with servers, cooks, and management to ensure smooth workflow and timely service during peak hours.
