Accountabilities

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering investment advice, supporting client relationships, and contributing to overall team performance and service excellence.

  • Provide clients with investment and wealth management advice aligned with their financial goals and risk tolerance.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to support long-term financial success and customer satisfaction.
  • Identify business development opportunities and refer clients to other specialized teams when appropriate.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on investment products, systems, and operational processes.
  • Support and guide associates and specialists during leadership absences or operational needs.
  • Participate in coaching, training, and performance improvement initiatives across the team.
  • Handle complex investment-related inquiries and escalate unresolved issues when necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and risk management frameworks.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and recommend innovative solutions to enhance operations and client experience.
Requirements

We are looking for an experienced investment professional with strong client relationship skills and a solid understanding of financial markets and digital investing services.

  • Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in wealth management, investment advisory, or financial services.
  • Postsecondary education in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience with online brokerage or digital investment platforms is highly preferred.
  • Completion of required licensing components, including the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct and Practices Handbook (CPH), or the Canadian Investment Regulatory Exam (CIRE).
  • Fluency in both English and French, written and spoken.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and consultative sales skills.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams.
  • Understanding of regulatory standards and risk management practices within the financial services industry.
