This role sits within a dynamic finance and accounting environment, focused on supporting the delivery of accurate, timely, and high-quality financial and regulatory reporting. You will contribute to the preparation, validation, and analysis of financial data used for internal decision-making, external reporting, and regulatory compliance. The position requires strong analytical capability and attention to detail, with an emphasis on ensuring data integrity and effective financial controls. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, structure, and interpret financial information that supports both operational and strategic objectives. Accountabilities:

This role is responsible for supporting financial reporting processes, ensuring data accuracy, and contributing to regulatory and management reporting activities across finance and accounting functions.

  • Support the preparation and execution of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial and regulatory reporting processes.
  • Collect, validate, and organize financial data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency across reports and dashboards.
  • Analyze financial information to identify trends, variances, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Assist in the interpretation and application of internal policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Contribute to audit processes by providing documentation and supporting internal and external audit requests.
  • Develop reports, summaries, and data visualizations to support business and management decision-making.
  • Ensure strong governance and control practices are followed across financial data and reporting activities.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support continuous improvement of reporting processes and tools.
Requirements:

This role requires strong analytical skills, financial reporting knowledge, and the ability to work independently in a structured and compliance-driven environment.

  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, reporting, or a related analytical role, or equivalent education and experience.
  • Strong understanding of financial reporting processes and data management principles.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present insights clearly.
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong collaboration and teamwork skills across cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in analyzing and interpreting financial data to support decision-making.
  • Knowledge of regulatory and compliance environments is considered an asset.
