This role is responsible for supporting financial reporting processes, ensuring data accuracy, and contributing to regulatory and management reporting activities across finance and accounting functions.
- Support the preparation and execution of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial and regulatory reporting processes.
- Collect, validate, and organize financial data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency across reports and dashboards.
- Analyze financial information to identify trends, variances, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Assist in the interpretation and application of internal policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Contribute to audit processes by providing documentation and supporting internal and external audit requests.
- Develop reports, summaries, and data visualizations to support business and management decision-making.
- Ensure strong governance and control practices are followed across financial data and reporting activities.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support continuous improvement of reporting processes and tools.
This role requires strong analytical skills, financial reporting knowledge, and the ability to work independently in a structured and compliance-driven environment.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, reporting, or a related analytical role, or equivalent education and experience.
- Strong understanding of financial reporting processes and data management principles.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present insights clearly.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong collaboration and teamwork skills across cross-functional stakeholders.
- Proficiency in analyzing and interpreting financial data to support decision-making.
- Knowledge of regulatory and compliance environments is considered an asset.
