We are looking for a dynamic commercial leader with a proven track record of securing new business, navigating complex sales cycles, developing high-performing teams, and building lasting customer partnerships.
The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, skilled negotiator, and hands-on leader who thrives in a manufacturing environment and understands how to turn business opportunities into long-term customer relationships.

•Coordinate requests for quotation, proposals, pricing, statements of work, commercial negotiations, and internal approvals. Maintain clear next steps and decision gates in the CRM.
•Transfer awarded business to the account and project teams with documented scope, pricing assumptions, milestones, risks, and customer commitments. Remain executive sponsor through launch.
Grow and protect client relationships

•Hire, coach, assess, and develop commercial staff. Use questions, observation, clear expectations, and constructive feedback to build independent judgment and accountability.
•Lead weekly pipeline reviews, regular coaching, monthly commercial forecasting, and quarterly strategic account reviews. Establish individual goals and documented development plans.
•Partner with outside marketing resources and represent Precision Science at customer meetings and industry events. Share useful market intelligence across the
Leadership Team.
•Follow company policies and improve commercial processes, systems, and reporting. Compete persistently in the market while treating colleagues and customers with respect.
