ENHANCEMENT CREW MEMBER - LANDSCAPE MAINTENANCE

Where You Fit In

As an Enhancement Crew Member, you will perform a variety of landscape installation and enhancement tasks-including planting, grading, mulching, irrigation, drainage, and installation of landscape features-while working collaboratively with a team under the direction of a Field Manager. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, professionalism, and a positive attitude in a fast-paced outdoor environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform a variety of landscape enhancement and installation duties as directed by the onsite Field Manager.
  • Install landscape materials, including trees, shrubs, perennials, landscape lighting, and irrigation systems.
  • Assist with the installation of hardscape and outdoor living features, including pavers, concrete flatwork, retaining walls, outdoor kitchens, decks, fire and water features, and complete landscape planting packages.
  • Operate hand and power tools to perform tasks such as grading, installation, bed preparation, and mulching.
  • Safely operate a variety of landscape and construction equipment, including bed edgers, sod cutters, rototillers, tractors, skid steers, excavators, mini excavators, and other walk-behind equipment.
  • Perform site preparation, grading, drainage installation, and other tasks necessary to complete landscape enhancement projects.
  • Work safely and effectively as part of a team while following company policies, procedures, and applicable safety guidelines.
  • Maintain a clean, professional appearance and contribute to a clean and organized job site.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications:
  • Safety-first mindset with a commitment to adhering to safety regulations, promoting safe work practices, and wearing proper PPE at all times
  • Physically capable of routinely lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling materials weighing up to 50 pounds outdoors in variable weather conditions
  • Energetic, dependable, and committed to delivering high-quality work in a fast-paced, outdoor environment in a variety of weather conditions
  • Consistently report to work on time and maintain dependable attendance
  • Demonstrate initiative and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • No prior industry experience is required; training will be provided for motivated and dependable candidates

Hours / OT Eligibility: Typically 40-45 hours per week, Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturday availability required during the spring season
