Description:
LABORER
Essential Functions:
- Picks up debris on golf course daily.
- Fills divots in fairway as directed.
- Digs trenches for irrigation or leaks.
- Plant plants as directed.
- Helps in planting and watering of trees as directed.
- Paints guard rails as directed.
- Performs other, related tasks as requested by Supervisor or Manager.
Working Conditions: Frequent exposure to inclement weather conditions

- Ability to keep information confidential
- Must possess an outgoing personality
- Must possess honesty and integrity
- Must always be courteous and tactful
- Must treat others with kindness and respect
- Ability to show up to work on time
- Ability to effectively communicate with Supervisor and staff.
- The ability to follow instructions
LANDSCAPER
Essential Functions:
- Safely operates equipment such as mowers and utility carts used for various course maintenance needs
- Cleans machinery after each use
- Inspects machinery before and after each use
- Reports machinery/equipment problems to equipment manager
- Loads and unloads materials
- Trims trees and removes cuttings
- Collects and empties litter cans
- Cleans gutters, drains and culverts
- Waters plants
- Cuts grass, weeds and bushes
- Rakes leaves
- Perform all work-related duties as assigned by supervisor
Working Conditions: Exposed to environmental changes in weather when working outside.
Special Requirements:
- Must possess honesty and integrity
- Must be courteous and tactful at all times
- Must treat others with kindness and respect
- Ability to effectively communicate to and staff.
- Wear physical protective equipment when required
- Ability to appear for work on time
- Ability to interact well with co workers
- Ability to understand and follow posted rules and procedures
- Ability to follow directions from a supervisor

- Frequent lifting objects 30-40 lbs.
- Must be able to push, pull up to 75-100 lbs.
- Independent mobility through clubhouse.
