Qualifications
- Minimum of 12 months of field experience in tree care, vegetation management, or a related industry.

- Proficient in reading maps, interpreting work orders, and planning efficient routes to job sites.
- Ability to train, mentor, and coach less experienced employees, ensuring compliance with company policies, safety standards, and quality expectations.
- Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize work and make sound decisions in the field.
