CNC Mill Operator - Nightshift in Rockford, Illinois at KADON PRECISION MACHINING, LLC

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented experienced nightshift CNC Mill Operator to join our team. This role is responsible for operating CNC milling machines to produce precision parts according to specifications. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, follows instructions well, and is committed to quality and safety in a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate CNC milling machines to produce parts per prints and work instructions
• Load and unload raw materials and finished parts
• Perform basic machine setups under supervision
• Inspect parts using measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges
• Monitor machine operation and report any issues or malfunctions
• Deburr and clean finished parts as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies

• 3+ years’ experience
• Experience running a Brothers Milling Machine a plus but not required
• Basic math and mechanical aptitude
• Ability to read and interpret simple prints is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
• Dependable and able to work independently or as part of a team
