The Program Specialist will support the coordination and execution of technology-focused federal programs by managing operational activities, maintaining program visibility, and enabling effective collaboration among stakeholders.
- Support planning, coordination, and execution activities for Sustainable Technology Evaluation and Demonstration (STED) initiatives and related program operations.
- Coordinate communication and engagement with military, government, and industry stakeholders by scheduling meetings, preparing materials, and supporting collaboration efforts.
- Manage and maintain program documentation, including records, reports, action items, schedules, and other key program artifacts.
- Assist with technology evaluation activities by supporting data collection, logistics coordination, and demonstration planning.
- Track program milestones, deliverables, risks, dependencies, and timelines to ensure successful project execution.
- Prepare briefings, presentations, reports, and decision-support materials for senior leadership and program stakeholders.
- Support requirements gathering by documenting operational needs, technology gaps, and mission priorities.
- Coordinate logistics for demonstrations, site visits, stakeholder meetings, and other program-related events.
- Maintain accurate program data, ensuring proper organization, accessibility, and version control of critical information.
- Support program improvements through effective coordination, reporting, and collaboration across teams.
The ideal candidate will have experience supporting federal or defense programs, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a mission-focused environment. This role requires excellent communication abilities and experience working with structured program processes.
- Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of relevant experience, or Master’s degree with 3+ years of relevant experience.
- U.S. citizenship required, with the ability to obtain a security clearance.
- Active Secret clearance preferred.
- Experience supporting federal, defense, or government-related programs.
- Experience with program coordination, project support, or operational management activities.
- Experience preparing reports, briefings, presentations, and program documentation.
- Ability to manage schedules, action items, milestones, and deliverables effectively.
- Experience engaging with internal and external stakeholders, including government or industry partners.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and collaboration platforms.
- Familiarity with AI/ML concepts, terminology, and emerging technology applications.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Competitive compensation range of $95,500 to $149,200 USD per year.
