Your leadership will directly impact the success and future growth of the Pittsburgh territory.
What You'll Do
- Lead, coach, train, and develop a team of field service technicians.
- Foster a culture of accountability, safety, teamwork, and exceptional customer service.
- Conduct ride-alongs, field visits, coaching sessions, and performance reviews.
- Hold employees accountable to company standards, KPIs, and performance expectations.
- Recruit, interview, onboard, and develop top talent.
- Support technicians in the field and provide operational guidance.
- Act as a working leader by covering routes during PTO, call-offs, staffing shortages, or business needs.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Resolve customer concerns quickly and professionally.
- Monitor territory performance, service quality, productivity, and profitability.
- Identify opportunities to improve operations and grow the market.
- Partner with senior leadership to execute territory growth initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
What We're Looking For
- Must live in or near the Pittsburgh metropolitan area.
- Prior leadership or management experience required.
- Experience in restaurant operations, QSR, hospitality, retail management, field service, logistics, route operations, or multi-unit management strongly preferred.
- Proven ability to lead teams, improve performance, and drive results.
- Strong coaching, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Experience managing KPIs, productivity metrics, staffing, and employee development.
- Ability to hold team members accountable while maintaining a positive culture.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Comfortable using mobile technology and reporting tools.
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds when necessary.
- Ability to work flexible hours based on operational needs.
