This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Analista Sênior de Growth (PM) — Sala de Performance based in Brazil.

This role is focused on driving growth initiatives by connecting strategy, experimentation, data, and execution across multiple teams.
You will manage priorities, coordinate growth initiatives, and ensure that projects move forward with clarity and measurable impact.
The position acts as a bridge between marketing, technology, product, and data teams to accelerate acquisition and activation results.
You will help structure experimentation cycles, optimize processes, and transform insights into scalable growth opportunities.

Accountabilities:

The role is responsible for managing growth initiatives, prioritizing strategic demands, and ensuring alignment between business objectives and execution across different teams.

  • Prioritize the growth initiative backlog based on impact, effort, and strategic alignment in collaboration with leaders from creative, media, automation, and data areas.
  • Manage technical demand backlogs that depend on other teams, translating growth needs into clear requirements and actionable plans.
  • Lead experimentation cycles by organizing hypotheses, tests, learnings, and decisions for scaling successful initiatives.
  • Facilitate growth rituals, including sprints, prioritization meetings, and performance reviews, ensuring delivery consistency and visibility.
  • Monitor and report business KPIs related to acquisition, activation, conversion, and operational efficiency metrics.
  • Act as a key point of contact between performance teams and other departments, removing blockers and aligning priorities.
  • Maintain documentation of experiments, insights, decisions, and previous learnings to avoid duplicated efforts.
  • Support leadership in building and evolving the growth roadmap.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement through data-driven decision-making and structured experimentation.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate has experience in growth, product, or digital marketing operations, with strong analytical capabilities and the ability to coordinate initiatives across multiple teams.

  • Previous experience in growth, product management, or digital marketing operations, preferably working as a Product Owner or within growth teams.
  • Experience managing backlogs and dependencies involving multiple stakeholders and teams.
  • Familiarity with acquisition and activation metrics, growth frameworks, and prioritization methodologies such as ICE or RICE.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills when working with technical teams such as IT, Data, and Product.
  • Analytical mindset and ability to use data to support decisions and identify opportunities.
  • Experience with project and backlog management tools such as Jira, Trello, Monday, or similar platforms is a plus.
  • Knowledge of marketing automation and/or paid media strategies is desirable.
  • Ability to manage priorities, influence stakeholders, and drive initiatives from concept to execution.
