Job Description

Partner & Integration Operations Lead | Revyse

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Partner & Integration Operations Lead | Revyse based in United States.

This role is a high-impact opportunity to own the partner and integration infrastructure behind a growing vendor credentialing platform. You’ll sit at the intersection of product, engineering, operations, and external technology providers, ensuring critical third-party connections perform reliably. You’ll manage partner relationships while translating business and compliance needs into clear technical requirements. The role combines hands-on integration work, operational problem-solving, commercial oversight, and process design. You’ll establish the systems, documentation, and workflows needed to scale efficiently as the platform grows. This is an ideal opportunity for a builder who enjoys creating structure, diagnosing complex problems, and taking full ownership of a high-leverage operational surface.

Accountabilities
  • Own day-to-day relationships with third-party providers supporting business screening, tax information, insurance verification, payments, and document processing.
  • Monitor partner performance against SLAs, including turnaround times, data quality, error rates, and transaction costs, and escalate issues using clear supporting evidence.
  • Review commercial agreements to understand service commitments, pricing, contractual rights, and areas where partner performance falls short of expectations.
  • Lead partner evaluations and selection processes when replacing existing providers or introducing new integrations.
  • Translate compliance and business requirements into detailed integration specifications covering required data, formats, workflow stages, failure scenarios, and expected outcomes.
  • Write technical and functional specifications and collaborate directly with Product and Engineering teams to implement and validate integrations.
  • Test integrations hands-on, understand API behavior, reproduce issues, and validate partner responses before escalating technical problems.
  • Own the partner change-management pipeline, ensuring API, data-model, and service changes are identified and addressed before they disrupt workflows.
  • Manage payment operations, including fees, collections, retries, failure handling, reconciliation, and payment success-rate optimization.
  • Design and improve operational workflows supporting enrollment, verification, renewals, and rechecks, focusing on scalable systems rather than day-to-day staffing.
  • Document processes, technical knowledge, and operational procedures to reduce dependency on undocumented institutional knowledge.
  • Analyze throughput, turnaround times, exceptions, and failure patterns to identify root causes and implement sustainable improvements.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in partner operations, integration management, technical program management, business systems, solutions engineering, implementation, or a similar role positioned between product teams and third-party API providers.
  • Strong ability to read and understand API documentation, write clear integration requirements, and validate technical implementations against expected partner behavior.
  • Demonstrated experience managing commercial partner or vendor relationships, including SLAs, escalations, contract terms, renewals, and performance management.
  • Working knowledge of payment systems such as Stripe or comparable platforms, including payment failures, retries, collections, and reconciliation.
  • Familiarity with document-processing technologies such as OCR or AI-powered data extraction.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose operational issues using data and quantify their impact; SQL experience is a plus.
  • Clear and proactive communication skills, with the confidence to escalate problems early, support conclusions with evidence, and propose practical solutions.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Operations, and external partners while maintaining ownership of outcomes.
  • Comfortable operating in an evolving environment where processes may need to be created, documented, and improved rather than simply followed.
  • Experience with commercial insurance, certificates of insurance, background screening, or other compliance-heavy operational environments is a plus.
Benefits
  • Opportunity to own a high-leverage function spanning partnerships, integrations, product, engineering, and operations.
  • High level of autonomy and ownership in a fast-moving, growth-oriented environment.
  • Opportunity to build scalable processes, systems, and operational foundations from the ground up.
  • Exposure to partner management, API integrations, payments, compliance workflows, and vendor credentialing technology.
  • Collaborative environment with close interaction across Product, Engineering, and operational teams.
  • Opportunity to directly influence platform reliability, efficiency, and customer experience.
  • Growth potential within an expanding technology organization.
  • Compensation and additional benefits aligned with the overall role and experience level.
