MRI Technologist Position Summary
Performs MRI procedures at a level of competence not requiring constant supervision to technical detail. Assumes responsibility for designated areas, procedures and students as assigned.
MRI Technologist Position Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Allied Health Program in Radiologic Technology is required.
- Prior MRI experience required.
- Certification in MRI preferred - will be required within 2 years.
MRI Technologist Work Schedule
- Day shift, Monday through Friday with alternating call.
- Schedule may expand to cover evening or weekend depending on patient demand. Shared call.
- All procedures must be completed by the end of the day. Overtime may be required.
- Expected to respond in the event of a disaster.
- Demonstrates personal responsibility for maintaining a satisfactory attendance record.
MRI Technologist Benefits
