| Shift | This position must be willing to work in different environments (both office-based and on the ground), at times best suited to the community (including some evenings and weekends). This includes hours outside of traditional office hours (i.e., 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. or 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.) |
| Job Summary | This position will oversee multiple locations across the State of Kentucky. The Mobile Services Program Manager provides operational leadership for mobile clinic services across the state of Kentucky, ensuring high-quality, compliant, and community-responsive service delivery. This role oversees mobile workflows; develops and implements standard operating procedures; and ensures adherence to clinical protocols, safety standards, and documentation requirements. The Program Manager leads staff training, promotes a trauma-informed and culturally responsive team environment. This position conducts routine service audits through on-site observation and data review to support continuous quality improvement and collaborates with program staff and partners to integrate mobile services into broader systems of care and support program growth and expansion. The role also manages mobile unit logistics and fleet operations, including vehicle readiness, equipment and supply management, maintenance coordination, regulatory compliance, and contingency planning (ie. weather, mechanical, emergency issues). |
