Business Development Representative – Healthcare Sales
ProCompounding Pharmacy
Compensation: Base + Performance Incentives
Location: East Tennessee and surrounding territories
Travel: Local Territory Travel Required

ProCompounding Pharmacy is hiring a Business Development Representative to expand our market presence and drive new business growth.
This role is built for someone who enjoys prospecting, influencing decisions, creating relationships, and producing measurable results.
What You’ll Do:
Prospect and develop new provider relationships
Execute a territory growth plan
Conduct office visits and presentations
Build referral opportunities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities
Manage pipeline and CRM activity
Represent ProCompounding in the healthcare community
What Success Looks Like:
New accounts opened
Referral growth
Strong pipeline development
Consistent activity and follow-through
Revenue growth in assigned territory
