This role is designed for a highly experienced SAP project leader who will play a key part in driving complex transformation initiatives within a global and dynamic environment. You will be responsible for leading end-to-end SAP projects, ensuring alignment between business needs, fiscal requirements, and technological solutions. The position has a strong focus on the Brazilian Tax Reform (Reforma Tributária), involving critical enhancements and system adaptations across SAP landscapes. You will coordinate cross-functional and technical teams, ensuring delivery excellence, governance, and stakeholder alignment. Operating in a multicultural context, you will interact with LATAM and global teams, managing priorities across multiple workstreams. This is a strategic role that directly impacts system efficiency, compliance, and business transformation outcomes.
- Lead SAP project management activities, coordinating technical and functional teams across multiple workstreams.
- Oversee project planning, scheduling, and control of deliverables, ensuring adherence to scope, budget, and deadlines.
- Monitor and manage KPIs, risks, and project performance indicators, ensuring transparency and governance.
- Conduct status meetings and executive reporting with stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
- Drive SAP enhancements, upgrades, and rollout initiatives, particularly within ECC and S/4HANA environments.
- Ensure integration between SAP systems and legacy platforms, maintaining stability and data consistency.
- Participate in global projects, collaborating with LATAM and international teams in Agile and Waterfall environments.
- Support initiatives related to Brazilian Tax Reform, ensuring compliance and system adaptation requirements are met.
- Solid experience in SAP project management within complex and large-scale environments.
- Proven background in SAP enhancements, upgrades, and rollout projects (ECC and S/4HANA).
- Experience managing system integrations between SAP and legacy platforms.
- Strong knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies applied to project delivery.
- Experience working in global and multicultural environments, ideally with LATAM exposure.
- Strong leadership skills with ability to manage technical and functional teams effectively.
- Advanced English proficiency (mandatory, including interview stage).
- Bachelor’s degree completed in a relevant field.
- Strong communication skills for executive reporting, presentations, and stakeholder management.
- Experience in Tax Reform or fiscal transformation projects is a strong plus.
