As a Personal Banker I, you will serve as a trusted resource for customers by providing exceptional service, opening and maintaining accounts, supporting digital banking needs, and promoting products and services that help customers achieve their financial goals. You will play an important role in building strong customer relationships while supporting branch operations and contributing to the Bank's service culture, Core Values, Mission, and Vision.

What You'll Do
Customer Relationship Management- Open and maintain consumer and business accounts
- Perform maintenance on existing customer accounts
- Open and maintain deposit and savings accounts
- Build strong relationships through exceptional customer service
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate bank products and services
- Educate customers on available products, services, and account solutions
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of bank products and services to provide accurate information and guidance
- Assist customers with digital banking products and services
- Troubleshoot digital banking issues and provide support
- Help customers navigate online and mobile banking platforms
- Stay informed on digital banking tools and enhancements
- Process account maintenance transactions accurately and efficiently
- Assist with account-related requests and service needs
- Support branch operational procedures and daily activities
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow established processes
- Collaborate with branch team members to ensure smooth operations
- Recognize scams, phishing attempts, fraud indicators, and other risks
- Stay current on banking regulations, policies, and security procedures
- Follow operational and regulatory requirements to protect customers and the bank
- Exercise sound judgment while handling customer transactions and account requests
- Help identify and prevent potential losses or fraudulent activity
- Work collaboratively with teammates to achieve branch goals
- Promote a positive and professional customer experience
- Travel between branches as needed to support business needs
- Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned
- Support the Bank's Core Values, Mission, and Vision through daily interactions and service
Requirements:
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2-3 years of banking experience, including cash handling and customer service
- Valid driver's license, proof of insurance, qualifying motor vehicle record, and reliable transportation
- High level of professionalism and integrity
- Strong business acumen
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to exercise sound judgment, integrity, and honesty
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities and meet deadlines
- Ability to navigate multiple computer systems and programs
- High attention to detail and strong work ethic
- Flexible, adaptable, and committed to continuous learning
- Associate Degree
- Bachelor's Degree
- 4+ years of banking experience
- Previous experience opening and servicing consumer and business accounts
- Strong understanding of retail banking products and customer service best practices
