  • Develop strategies for B2B2C product journeys by balancing business partner needs with consumer expectations.
  • Prioritize product enhancements, resolve roadblocks, and support engineering teams through clear requirements and decision-making.
  • Leverage AI tools as part of daily workflows to improve research, analysis, productivity, and product delivery speed.
  • Use SQL and data analysis techniques to evaluate performance, identify trends, and support product decisions.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate is an experienced product leader with a strong technical foundation, analytical mindset, and proven ability to build and optimize consumer-facing digital products.

  • 6+ years of experience in a technically focused product management role with a track record of successfully launching products.
  • Strong technical background, including experience writing SQL and independently analyzing product and user data.
  • Experience managing consumer-facing applications or products with a focus on conversion rate optimization.
  • Proven ability to improve key product metrics such as user growth, activation, engagement, and retention through targeted initiatives.
  • Experience managing D2C or B2B2C products and understanding the complexity of serving both business customers and end users.
  • Strong understanding of product growth metrics, including CAC, conversion rates, ROI, and customer acquisition strategies.
  • Ability to identify conversion barriers and use data-driven approaches to improve product performance.
  • Experience collaborating effectively with engineering, operations, leadership, and cross-functional teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to operate effectively in ambiguous and fast-moving environments.
  • Comfortable using AI tools and modern technologies to accelerate product development and decision-making.
  • Experience working in startup or high-growth environments is preferred.
Benefits:
