As a Media Analytics Manager, Measurement & Attribution, you will lead advanced analytics initiatives that help organizations understand advertising performance, optimize campaigns, and make informed business decisions. You will combine statistical expertise, experimentation methods, and stakeholder partnership to deliver impactful measurement solutions.
- Design and execute advanced experiments, including A/B testing, holdout studies, and incrementality measurement approaches to evaluate advertising effectiveness.
- Analyze experiment results and translate complex data into clear recommendations that improve campaign performance and business outcomes.
- Develop customized measurement frameworks, metrics, dashboards, and self-service analytical tools tailored to stakeholder needs.
- Partner with advertisers, sales teams, product teams, and analytics groups to define measurement strategies and address complex business questions.
- Present insights and methodologies to senior stakeholders, building confidence in analytical approaches and recommendations.
- Identify opportunities for operational improvements, client growth, and enhanced measurement capabilities through data-driven insights.
- Create scalable analytical solutions using SQL, Python/R, visualization tools, and AI-enabled workflows to improve efficiency and quality.
- Apply AI tools and automation techniques to accelerate analysis, improve processes, and expand measurement capabilities.
The ideal candidate combines strong analytical expertise with business acumen, communication skills, and experience applying experimentation and measurement techniques in advertising or marketing environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline such as Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Finance, Business, or a related field.
- 6+ years of experience in data analytics, measurement, consulting, or related analytical roles.
- 3+ years of experience in advertising effectiveness, media measurement, marketing analytics, or experimentation.
- Advanced knowledge of experimental design, A/B testing, incrementality measurement, causal analysis, and statistical methodologies.
- Strong SQL skills and proficiency in statistical programming languages such as Python or R.
- Experience developing dashboards, visualization solutions, and self-service analytical tools using platforms such as Tableau or Mode.
- Proven ability to transform analytical findings into strategic recommendations that drive measurable business impact.
- Strong data storytelling, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, including experience communicating with senior audiences.
- Ability to work independently, manage ambiguity, prioritize effectively, and collaborate across multiple teams.
- Preferred experience with marketing mix modeling, Bayesian analysis, causal inference, attribution models, ad auction dynamics, and targeting systems.
- Experience presenting measurement studies or analytical insights directly to clients or external partners is an asset.
- Familiarity with AI-driven analytics tools, workflow automation, and modern approaches to improving analytical productivity.
- Competitive compensation with a base salary range of $140,000 - $148,000 CAD for eligible Canadian candidates.
