  • Collaborate with Product, Analytics, Strategy, Media, and other internal teams to resolve issues, improve workflows, and enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Identify operational improvements, knowledge gaps, and scalable processes that strengthen client success operations.
  • Manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously while maintaining quality, timelines, and client satisfaction.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate brings strong experience in client success, account management, and digital marketing, with the ability to manage enterprise relationships and deliver measurable results.

  • 5+ years of experience in a client-facing role, preferably managing key accounts, enterprise customers, or strategic partnerships.
  • Proven experience owning commercial objectives such as retention, account growth, upselling, or revenue expansion.
  • Background in digital marketing, creator marketing, influencer marketing, social media, agency environments, or related technology platforms.
  • Strong ability to communicate with senior stakeholders and confidently advise clients from marketing specialists to executive-level contacts.
  • Experience managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders, deadlines, and business priorities.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance insights and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
  • Exceptional organization skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive and solutions-oriented approach.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build trust and influence decisions.
  • Collaborative mindset with a willingness to share knowledge, support teammates, and contribute to continuous improvement.
  • Growth-oriented attitude with a commitment to learning and professional development.
Benefits:
