This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Representative. The Business Development Representative will be responsible for outbound sales calls, lead generation, prospecting, CRM maintenance and business development. They will play a critical role in growing the company's customer base and establishing strong initial relationships with potential clients.
Qualifications

• Outbound Sales and Lead Generation skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Sales and Business Development experience
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Knowledge of the safety and security industry and/or experience working in the education sector is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business, Marketing, or related field
