- Lead supply‑chain optimization projects that deliver measurable financial benefits.
- Design and implement end‑to‑end operational and performance metrics to support continuous improvement and strategic initiatives.
- Identify and address system deficiencies that affect financial data integrity.
- Represent GDMS‑Canada in Mission Systems supply‑chain system and software implementations to ensure financial data consistency.
Key deliverables:
- Monthly/quarterly financial performance reports (cost variance, budget status, KPI trends).
- Material Cost Baseline & Risk Register (updated each program phase).
- Analytical models and business cases for cost‑saving initiatives.
- KPI dashboard (real‑time visibility of financial health across supply‑chain partners).
- Recommendations for system enhancements that improve financial data capture and reporting accuracy.
- Demonstrated experience with supply‑chain financial analysis, budgeting, and cost estimation.
- Proven track record of delivering financial insights that influence strategic decisions.
- Analytical thinker with strong quantitative abilities
- Excellent understanding of key financial and performance indicators.
- Ability to translate business strategies into concrete financial actions.
- Effective communicator; can champion new ideas and convey a clear vision to stakeholders.
- Strong ethics, adherence to deadlines, and sound decision‑making judgment.
