CpK Interior Products Inc. is hiring a Senior Financial Analyst to support our Finance team in cross‑functional operational activities. This role is responsible for proper execution of plant accounting and reporting activities for multiple locations. These functions include maintaining and recommending improvements to the plant’s accounting procedures and system of internal controls. Adheres to accounting concepts, practices and procedures. Support continuous improvement and document control. Focuses on IATF standard for cost accounting and quality improvement through a formal commitment to excellence, cost efficiency and reliability, while contributing to Plant SQDCM (Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, Morale) objectives.
What You’ll Do (Key responsibilities, not limited to)
- Completion of month end close activities including creating and posting of journal entries and submission of corporate (Stellantis) and internal CpK reporting requirements on a monthly and quarterly basis
- Approval and completion of balance sheet account reconciliations on a monthly basis in accordance with the Stellantis Account Reconciliation System
- Review of plant spending against budget including approval of purchase requisitions in accordance with the Uniform Delegation of Authority
- Oversee the maintenance of the standard costing system, including updates to Bills of Materials, inventory control and variance reporting and the annual standard cost roll. Support activity surrounding quoting of new business initiatives including costing and profitability models.
- Participate in the preparation of the annual budget and supporting schedules as well as forecast updates as required. This includes the design and maintenance of financial models used to prepare and support the budget and forecast updates.
- Conduct reviews of financial performance on a daily/weekly/monthly basis as required. Report on actual performance versus budget and provide operations management with analysis to support decision making
- Oversee the maintenance of the fixed asset subledger including reconciliation to the general ledger and updating for asset additions/disposals and tagging of assets on the shop floor
- Provide financial support to plant continuous improvement activities including review of plant projects, validation of financial impact, and corporate reporting as required
- Provide financial support for numerous projects, audits and ad hoc requirements
Please note, this position may require travel up to 20% (including CpK locations - Windsor, Guelph, Port Hope, Belleville).
What You Bring
- Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) designation preferred
- 4 year degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration
- 5 to 10 years of finance and or accounting experience, 3 years in a manufacturing environment
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong computer application skills: Advanced Excel, T4M, IFW, PowerPoint.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and adapt to a fast-paced production environment.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize work requirements
- Legally authorized to work in Canada
- Professional and a collaborative, solution‑focused mindset
Work Schedule & Pay
- Schedule: Full‑time, On-site, Manufacturing Operations
- Hours: Monday–Friday, standard hours. Weekend work depending on position when scheduled as per customer demand
- Overtime: As required, in accordance with company policy and applicable legislation
- Compensation Range: $70,000–$90,000 annual
This range reflects our current expectations as of this posting’s date. Your final salary offer will consider various key factors, including education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographical locations, as well as the needs and requirements of the business.
