Business Development Coordinator in Overland Park, Kansas at Lever1 - Internal

Position Description: The Business Development Coordinator works with the Business Development and Marketing Manager to achieve business development goals and objectives by sourcing lead data, effectively executing marketing communication to lead and prospect database, and overseeing events and administrative tasks for the business development team.

• Utilize strategic internet searching to aggregate accurate contact information and build databases in assigned markets.
• Take incoming calls and manage online webchat to assist prospects and direct them appropriately to sales team members.
• Plan and execute logistics for team events including conferences, trade shows, client events.
• Coordinate calendars and logistics for meetings including travel and registration.
• Coordinate and reconcile business development expenses monthly.
• Plan and execute client, prospect and partner gifts and communication.
• Engage and interact with company social media channels and efforts.
• Assist with maintenance of marketing and sales files.
• Assist with pulling and maintaining email marketing contact lists.
• Identify and add lead data to CRM system.

• 1-3 years of office administrative experience.
• High focus on organization and administrative tasks.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
