Job Details
Work alongside the Donation Team, by being an example of revealing Christ to all staff and donors, ensuring a Christ-centered environment.
Answer all incoming phone calls with a helpful, pleasant attitude that exudes joy and reveals Christ’s love.
Schedule donation pickups thoroughly and efficiently based on location, quantity, and other pertinent data.
Accurately capture all necessary donor information and input it into the appropriate software/program.
Efficiently transfer calls to different stores and departments as necessary.
Communicate in a timely manner any complaints, criticism, and feedback to Stakeholders and Director as necessary
Skills & Requirements
Ability to use cell phone, tablet and GPS devices.
Basic ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide.
High level of detail orientation.
Ability to read (in English), comprehend, analyze, and interpret.
Comfortable and well-versed in Google Drive, Microsoft Office, including Excel.
Must have a commitment to the KARM Stores mission
Ability to read and define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.
Ability to interpret a variety of instructions provided in written or oral form.
PHYSICAL ACTIVITY LEVEL
Moderate physical activity. Use hands and fingers to type, clean, organize throughout the work day.
Must be able to type rapidly without looking at the keyboard.
Stand – occasionally.
Walk – occasionally.
Sit – most of the day.
Use hands to perform required duties – up to 100% of a standard work day.
Talk or hear – 100% of a standard day while answering phones and talking to callers.
