Position Summary:Job Summary: The Consultant II works in a team of professionals responsible for developing and supporting standardized solutions for customers. This role will work with customers and internal partners to facilitate problem research, isolation, diagnosis, resolution and follow-up, managing all escalated events appropriately, when necessary.

Essential Duties

  • Collaborate closely with teammates and cross-functional partners, recognizing that the best solutions are built through shared knowledge and teamwork

  • Take ownership of complex technical issues, confidently leading investigations from initial discovery through root cause and resolution

  • Apply a strategic troubleshooting mindset to analyze problems, identify patterns, and deliver scalable, long-term solutions

  • Leverage available tools, documentation, and subject-matter experts to research issues and make informed decisions

  • Communicate clearly and proactively to align customers, partners, and internal teams throughout the resolution process

  • Continuously evaluate systems and processes, recommending improvements that enhance reliability and customer experience

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree with 2 years of related experience; or an advanced degree without experience; or equivalent experience

  • Strong analytical, problem solving and troubleshooting skills

  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects concurrently

  • Ability to apply, test, and re-configure data rules in order to produce desired results

  • Customer-facing experience


Preferred Experience

  • 3-5 years professional business experience

  • A balanced mix of skills: driver and facilitator, tactical leader and doer

  • Familiarity with XML a plus

  • Experience with text editing and data mapping tools

  • In-depth knowledge of mapping tools and functionality

Location:

This role follows a hybrid work model, with regular in-office presence required at our Minneapolis office.

The salary range for this role considers several factors, including education, relevant skills, work history, certifications, location, and more.

The annual salary range for this role is: $61,300 - 75,000. The actual salary offered will be determined based on the factors listed above and may fall anywhere within the range.
