About the Job

As a Maintenance Technician, you’ll lead troubleshooting and repairs as well as supporting property managers. You’ll work on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and building systems, helping keep our communities running smoothly. Pay range: $28–$34/hour, DOE.

Key Responsibilities

· Lead advanced troubleshooting and repair of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and building control systems.

· Diagnose and repair mechanical, irrigation, and security access systems while overseeing vendor performance.

· Mentor and guide junior technicians to ensure safety, efficiency, and quality standards.

· Implement preventive maintenance programs, support long-term planning, and maintain organized inventory.

What We’re Looking For

· 3+ years of multifamily maintenance experience (HVAC, plumbing, electrical).

· HVAC/EPA certification, CPO, and Boiler License strongly preferred.

· Comfortable with tools, meters, gauges, and work order systems (e.g., Yardi).

· Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and insurance.
