Accountabilities:

  • Architect scalable API-led connectivity frameworks and event-driven integration ecosystems across distributed enterprise applications.
  • Develop and support integration services and microservices using Java and Spring technologies.
  • Deploy, manage, and optimize containerized applications on Kubernetes and Red Hat OpenShift environments.
  • Build and maintain cloud-native integration platforms leveraging AWS services, including EKS and related cloud infrastructure components.
  • Define asynchronous messaging strategies and event-driven architecture patterns to ensure scalability, reliability, and performance.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, DevOps teams, architects, and developers to deliver maintainable and high-performing integration solutions.
  • Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and best practice guidance across integration programs and enterprise initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Strong hands-on experience with enterprise integration platforms such as MuleSoft, IBM Integration tools (IIB/ACE), WSO2, Boomi, or similar middleware technologies.
  • Expertise in Java development and Spring Framework for enterprise-grade integration services.
  • Deep understanding of API-led integrations, microservices architecture, and enterprise integration patterns.
  • Proven experience with Kubernetes (K8s), container orchestration, and Red Hat OpenShift environments.
  • Strong knowledge of AWS cloud services, including EKS and cloud-native deployment models.
  • Experience designing event-driven systems, asynchronous integrations, and messaging architectures.
  • Familiarity with messaging and streaming platforms such as Kafka or RabbitMQ is considered an asset.
  • Understanding of CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, API governance, and security standards.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote and fast-paced consulting environment.
Benefits:
  • Fully remote working model across Canada
  • Flexible work arrangements supporting work-life balance
  • Opportunity to work on large-scale digital transformation and cloud integration projects
  • Exposure to modern cloud-native and enterprise integration technologies
  • Inclusive, diverse, and collaborative workplace culture
  • Career growth opportunities within a rapidly expanding organization
  • Supportive environment that values innovation, autonomy, and continuous learning
  • Return-to-work support programs for professionals re-entering the workforce
