As a Field Operations Specialist, you’ll be at the heart of our onsite operations—supporting installations, repairs, and service work while collaborating closely with customers, technicians, and internal teams.
Your impact will include:
- Fabricating, installing, and repairing conveyor belting and systems
- Supporting on-site field operations, including installations, maintenance, and service projects
- Coordinating job logistics like scheduling, materials, tools, and manpower
- Assisting field service technicians with setup, teardown, and job-site activities
- Serving as a key liaison between customers, field teams, and internal departments
- Ensuring all work is completed safely and in compliance with OSHA, Belt Power policies, and customer site requirements
- Maintaining accurate job documentation, service reports, and safety records
- Inspecting work areas, tools, and materials to identify issues or safety concerns
- Tracking materials and supporting inventory for field jobs
- Representing Belt Power professionally at all times

- 1+ year of experience in field service, mechanical work, or maintenance
- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to read basic mechanical drawings
- Experience using tape measures and performing precise measurements
- OSHA 10 Certification and Forklift License
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work at heights or in confined spaces
- Willingness to travel, work overtime, weekends, and overnight as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to pass a drug screen and background check
Preferred Qualities:
- Previous experience in conveyor belt maintenance or as a belt technician
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable
- A team-first attitude and desire to grow your skills
Work Environment
This role combines shop-based work and on-site field service. You’ll work around heavy equipment in an active environment that requires PPE and a strong commitment to safety. Expect standing, bending, kneeling, lifting, and hands-on work throughout the day.

- Work in a hands-on, high-impact role where your skills truly matter
